Nbora, sometimes referred to as Mbora, is a mainly residential outer Abuja district. The neighborhood hosts the well-known CITEC Estate — which is in close proximity to the Jabi-Airport Road Junction.
Nbora has somewhat of a central location, and is quite well developed. Residents enjoy good electricity and water supply. Apart from CITEC, there are a number of prominent housing estates in the vicinity.
Thanks to Ring Road 2, which forms the eastern boundary of Nbora, traveling to the northern and southern parts of Abuja is easy.
Along Ring Road 2 you will find a number of commercial, social and educational establishments. This gives Nbora residents, easy access to public services and amenities — without having to go to inner Abuja.
Places of interest include Happy Island Amusement Park and Zoo, Ivory Bush Resort and Mbora Unity Garden.

Land and houses in Nbora
Like other phase 3 districts, such as Lokogoma, Nbora can be considered as one of Abuja’s more affordable districts. Both land and houses, in the vicinity, can be acquired relatively cheaply.
Although Nbora is not positioned right in the center of the city, with the good road network, getting there is easy. This good infrastructure and the affordability — make Nbora a great place to live. This is particularly true for middle income earners.
