Mpape is a large, well populated district within the Federal Capital Territory Abuja. It is a hilly area located opposite Maitama, across the expressway linking Asokoro and Kubwa. Mpape falls under the administration of the Bwari Area council.
Areas to the south are often called Maitama 2 or Maitama Extension.

Getting around
Mpape sits close to Maitama to the south and Katampe to the south west.
The road network is still developing, with one major tarred road that connects the neighborhood to Maitama via the Murtala Mohammed Expressway (sitting to the south of the district).
Journeys to the central business district take approximately 20-40 minutes depending on where you are starting your journey from.
