Kado is a developed district in phase 2 of the Federal Capital City (FCC) Abuja. The neighborhood is beautiful, in parts, with lush open spaces being an eminent feature. The neighborhood enjoys a prime location in Abuja city. Part of The Jabi Lake is in this district. Ahmadu Bello Way and Shehu Yaradua Way pass through the area. The journey to Abuja Central Area takes approximately 15-20 minutes. Ring road 2 is also close, connecting the district with other outer neighborhoods like Galadimawa.
