Jahi Abuja

Neighborhood overview

Jahi is a developing district situated in Abuja phase 2. It is positioned to the north west of the city centre. The neighborhood is predominately residential in nature with a few commercial spaces.

Jahi has an ideal position in outer Abuja. The area sits close to two of Abuja’s most prominent neighborhoods, with significant commercial activity, namely Gwarinpa and Jabi.

In contrast to some of its counterparts in phase 2, such as Utako, Jahi is not a fully established area. However it is experiencing a rapid increase in population as the district continues to mature.

In spite of its developing nature, there are more than enough amenities to serve residents. The district has a number of religious centres, educational establishments and supermarkets.

Notable places of interest include The Fashion Academy, Abuja Enterprise Agency and NEXT Cash & Carry.
