Neighborhood overview
Duboyi is a developing district of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT). It is one of the smallest districts in the phase 2 region of Abuja, in terms of both land mass and population. It is a chiefly residential neighborhood with small elements of commercial activity.
Duboyi enjoys a basic level of infrastructure and is among the fastest growing areas in the city.
Although business and social activities in the neighborhood are limited, there are a few amenities in the vicinity. Additionally, Duboyi sits near to other districts with more extensive options such as Durumi.
Notable sites of interest include KERICS Foods, Medical and Dental Council, British Nigerian Academy and Marcel Pagnol French School.

Getting around
Duboyi is positioned a few miles south west of the inner city. It is adjacent to Durumi, Gaduwa, Lokogoma and Games Village to the north, east, south and west respectively.
The road network is adequate. Major roads around the neighborhood include Oladipo Diya Street on the northern edge and Ring Road 2 on the southern edge.
Trips to the city centre take roughly 15-20 minutes.

Due to the high cost of housing in more central areas, the demand for low cost homes has significantly increased. Accordingly focus has shifted to the outer Abuja area.
